    1hr 4 mins. Ugh, I had to play that damn face game 4 times, because I kept hitting "back" on my phone at round 13 or so, wasting all that time.

    Oh well, minor goal's met for the day.

    Hey guys, just wanted to say hi. I've been a member here for a while and I pop in and out every now and then. I have just gotten back into doing this on a regular basis and I want to thank everyone for their knowledge. I usually have a goal of only $10 a day but the past few days I have been able to get to $25 or more a day. Hoping I can keep up this momentum because honestly I could use the extra money. My MIL keeps saying I need to get a "real" job, but she doesn't seem to understand I would be paying to work with the cost of daycare for my 2 1/2 year old. Not to mention trying to find a place with a schedule that would work with taking my 9 year old to school, picking her up and getting her to dance 5 days a week. Sooo...anyway just wanted to say hi and thanks to everyone!

    Wow How do you do it? I also have kids and other responsibilities :) I struggle to bring in 20 a day. any help would be much appreciated. do you have masters?

    I don't have masters. I just turk long and hard. When I'm doing every hit I see in sight, I usually have a good day.

    Make goals for yourself and meet them. Keep reading useful posts here. Keep yourself uncomfortable and try new hits. Find your own hits. Sure hits here posted are helpful but you're limiting yourself greatly.

    so you have a kid and your only source of income is amazon. or do you hustle other ways? Just curious. i can imagine how expensive it is to have a kid

    same here my goal is 25 a day,I barley make it,I dont know how people make over 100 a day without special quals , masters ,high writing and transcriptions , they probably also over 10k hits approve and 99 hit rate

    That came across as incredibly rude. I have a son and amazon is my only source of income, because it is a supplement to my husbands income.

    I got it, I read back through.

    I think the whole situation was messed up. I mean, it's basically like passing those receipt hits through OCR and submitting the nonsensical crap you get back. There's a difference between A) not reading the instructions and missing something clearly stated, B) misreading the instructions, and C) using common sense. If I'm technically savvy to put up a hit on mturk, it can be reasonably assumed someone has told me google can translate stuff.

    That being said, I did like faith. As mentioned above she seemed like "good people", and it's always sad to have a good person leave. However, scammers aren't tolerated here. I'm sure everyone's submitted a hit at some point in their turking career that was just borderline of what the requester wanted, but don't come in here and brag about it. That's not cool, and not what we're about. Keep your scamming in the form of "827327858167 BLACK MAGIC VOODOO" threads, they're easier to police.
