I have both of their cards - the Visa and the Store Card. But I only use the Store Card for Amazon orders. It's actually a decent promotion if you're looking to apply for a card for online purchases. I'm pretty sure I just got the Visa to get extra rewards points at some time.

That's weird. Ebay feels much sketchier to me. Although they're the only place I can buy my flavored e-cig liquids so I suck it up and use them then. Also, I can pay using the PayPal that my Prolific Academic profits go into, so it's convenient for that reason I guess.

I'm the opposite. I love Amazon. Especially the review programs. On ebay I buy from sellers with good reviews, but for some reason they always take forever to ship, or one time they didn't even ship it and I had to go through paypal to get the money back and it took two months to get it back because ebay made me wait to give the seller time to resolve it.

I am afraid I would order something and get a bag of rocks instead, never had any issues with my amazon orders.
I used to be an ebay person.... but their corporate BS led me away from there. When they bought out Paypal, I just couldn't do it anymore.... paypal fees and ebay fees in a single transaction were ridiculous! I used to LOVE half.com especially for textbooks when I was in college/grad school. Then, ebay bought them too.
