I think I had 100 to 200 rejections when I got masters. All were from the old days when requesters couldn't reverse rejections. People have gotten it with over a thousand rejections.
I don't remember. Uhhh...I think those zip code hits where the 0 got cut off? I know I got maybe 3 from that. Or that crazy dude who told Lori he'd just make another account to escape his dodgy TO for random rejects.
Eh, debatably.. The thing is, I have to show up, like 5 days a week. It gets irritating. At least here, there's no dress code. And nobody calls me if I don't show up.
Oh good. I was afraid that I'd get blamed. lol! I think that if you live in certain areas, mturk is potentially better than the other options. I'd definitely diversify, though. Save up money and start a side business selling shit on ebay, or learn to program. Do something other than mturk.
LOL, guy was such a trip. Did you get rejects? Mine were so peppy that it pissed me off even more - some shit like you're doing great but blah blah, keep trying, you can do it!! Man, not enough middle fingers.
I'm at 10 of 200k I wasnt trying to say I have a buffer because I do bad work in fact I think I'm above average in the low rejection rate. I just mean there is no point in worrying if you have confidence in your own ability and a buffer.

I'm pretty sure that Amazon cares about rejections just about as much as I care about the Kardashian clan. That is to say, they give zero fucks. Blocks are a different matter.
It was just a variety of shitty requester. Before I was taking turk too seriously. -- Not sure how much of a cushion i have now but its been 30 or so days since any rejects for me.
Somebody back in the day used to have an email address for somebody who would tell you how many blocks you had, but I can't recall it now. So that's no help. "Hard blocks" they'll email you. "Soft blocks" you find out about when you try to do their hits and find out that they've blocked you. Apparently, there's no difference on the requester side, but certain keywords trigger a "hard block." tl;dr: I don't know, I'm just spitballing.
