Reminds me of a batch while back, ReferIt. Don't know if you've tried them. It was just as annoying. There would be bunch of oranges in a bowl and they'd say orange in the bowl. Not specific enough as to which orange. -_-
They're definitely not a computer generated thing. But I don't see how the instructions would differ if I cam the asker and the answerer randomly, just like they are. People are just trying to be thorough and i get that, they wanna do a good job. But damn. I have no questions to ask if you describe the entire scene to me with one question!
