Just export them. Click the settings icon (gear in corner), then export. Save them as a text file. Then import when you reinstall.

Yes!! That's my big holdup, too. IF I knew I was going to end up with $1.50 out of the deal, it might be ok to have a few running in the background. But they're not going to get done that way when most of us were solely doing them for hours for the past couple of weeks. I emailed way early in this thing (when they were first working out the kinks and asking for feedback) and they actually responded and said that it'd be running "through July. Maybe later." So I'm hopping there's an evolution that makes sense and that they'll need to fix these before they move on to the next step. And don't get me started on the scammers. All day yesterday I had the idiot that just said "your confirmation number 123456" no matter what the response was and the moron that just asked "what's playing in slidell, la" followed by "are any of those a drama?" I don't understand why they didn't boot them.
I'm in contact with them daily, and it seems like each day they get rid of a few more of the scammers, but not all. I flagged the "your confirmation number" idiot who would confirm without knowing date, time or theater and they responded back, so hopefully he's gone today. Their new idea actually makes sense, if one agent does every reply the scammers are in trouble, but I'm not doing all that work for .50 plus a maybe bonus. (And one of the things we get judged on is how fast the replies are - those hits have been sitting for 14 hours - so no way we'd get the bonus at this point). I did 6 of these last night, and for some reason they bogged my system down really bad, so it's not easy to have too many open at once either. Oh well, left them tons of feedback last night, we'll see if they fix it this morning.
I thought that was just me. I can only run like 4 at a time. Ugh. I agree that doing one conversation straight through makes a ton of sense. They just need to pay better. You're paying me basically the same to babysit something for hours as you were for hits that were sometimes 30 seconds long? Nope. I should know better than to get my hopes up on turk, but it was so nice to have consistent work like that. And now i want it back.
