Is this just another way for them to get rid of you? I have been turking for about a month and I have done about 400 hits with only 1 rejection. I have not been doing anything I shouldn't be. I was able to transfer my money 3 times and now it will not let me work because it says my Amazon payments account is not in good standing. I have been calling and calling amazon payments and everything they almost get it straightened out somehow my account gets "closed" again. I am beyond frustrated. What do I do now? I am from the USA and I have not violated anything. I have not heard anything from the Mturk site.

Is the address you provided them the same as the one the IRS has on file for you? They have to match exactly. Payments and initial sign up are two different departments and locations. At least it was a few years ago.

I had this same issue and I have been turking for years. I had to reset up my entire account with amazon payments and it took well over a month to get re-approved. It has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope it doesnt happen again to me. And their response emails were nothing but run-a-rounds and they never directly answered any of my questions.

Did you get to the bottom of this? This scares me. I better withdraw my money soon.

Same thing is happening to me. This is the email they sent: Unfortunately, we have been unable to confirm your account information which is required in order to utilize our service. We regret we will not be able to allow your account to transact in the future. I called and they said there was nothing I could do or send to verify it. I call BS!!! My information has been the same for the last 3 years and I just transferred money less than a month ago to my bank account from my Payments acct! Is there no other way to get paid from MT now other than Amazon payments, because now I can no longer work for Mechanical Turk and get paid and I have been working here for 3 years!

Did you just close out your old one and use the same information to open a new one?
