I was emailing with Nate the very first night they put out hits and were in the chat room. I did over $10 in hits that I found bugs in and wouldn't submit, and he promised they would pay me for my time. I'd really like to see that money, but I'm not holding my breath that they'll actually remember to send it.

They are ridiculously uncommunicative. Amazing how they can't take the time to answer emails 90 percent of the time.
I'm still kicking myself for missing that. I'd have liked to discuss a few things with them and email goes nowhere, apparently. They DO usually seem to come through with the bonuses (unlike some others), so while I wouldn't recommend holding your breath, you might actually eventually see it. If it doesn't get here by March, though, you're probably SOL. I'm still waiting for an Intelius bonus from 2013. Think it's coming this year?
Even in the chat room - they were answering questions at first, and then pretty much just stopped. There was clearly a higher up level guy there and he kept asking the other guys why they weren't answering my question. They have been good about bonuses but I had one from November that I finally emailed them about the last week of December and they got back to me in January and finally paid it. So I don't know. The problem with the bugged hits is that they wouldn't submit, so I doubt I'm in their "system" as needing to get paid for the hit.
