To "Panda" is to preview and accept the hit automatically. Normal HIT link is like this: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview?groupId=344RGS4J7S7AKAMRFWL1DBNW139P Change the preview in the url to previewandaccept, like this: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/previewandaccept?groupId=344RGS4J7S7AKAMRL1DBNW139PME That will automatically accept a HIT if it were an actual valid url to one. You can refresh that url to accept a HIT in a batch of HITs multiple times to fill up your HITs assigned to you queue

Piercings usually close right up and heal with minimal if no scarring. So if you ever decide to try getting one and don't like it.... I have had pretty much everything pierced except for my septum and I am seriously considering it.
