Not so crazy. When I started working from home I couldn't walk after a week in a desk chair. I went to the furniture store and bought the most comfortable recliner I could find. Then I bought a cheap "half card table" (sometimes called a folding computer table) from wallyworld. The table was the exact width to fit over and across my chair and I would swing one side of the "desk" (table) out to get up and pull it over me after I sit down. I progressed to a sturdier table (see below) and the rest is history. I love having my feet up and my back is oh so happy to be comfortable. I have two 26' monitors as well as office supplies (and various smaller people's flotsam and jetsam) on the desk with no problem. Some days I think I should go back to a desk with a nice chair but then I sit at the kitchen table for an evening to work around the smaller people activity and remember why I have the recliner The newer table is similar to this one below. Sorry I can't find the exact one but will tomorrow is anyone wants to know. Night all. Finally hit 50.00 and I'm off to bed! Gonna get up and drive home in 7 hours. This whole living 25min from the BF is getting old after almost 2 years. lol
25 min isn't bad at all. Try over 4 hours - 1 hour on the train, an hour waiting for the bus, a 2 hour bus ride, and a 45 min car ride. All to get to a state I can't even stand. Never again.
