Can't Find a Plethora of Good HITs? 6/18 Wonderfully Winning Wednesday

Yeah I figured... it's a really spicy one with fake saffron and lots of cinnamon and cloves

 

I didn't say I cared I was just wondering if I was soft blocked because their was like 40k up yesterday and none today.I guess I wasn't

 

Too much sun? Vanilla. Plain ol vanilla. You'll smell like a cookie factory but it will work.

I had a nasty sunburn last fall. I used some aloe stuff, witch hazel, and some aspirin for the pain. It worked pretty well.

 

I'm really enjoying playing around with Turkassist. From a Hit Monitor point of view, it exceeds all the other options out there. It's also great for adding notes, being able to link hits after you've submitted them, being able to contact the requester after submitting the hit, and all kinds of little details I've never seen before.

Hopefully over time, they'll add HIT DB functionality to it.

 

Less pleasant smelling, but also effective is vinegar.

 

Or lidocaine. That stuff is amazing on burns. You get to skip all the annoying pain for 5 dollars

 

I've also been experimenting with a virtual harddrive like Parallels. It means that you don't have to restart your computer every time you want to use Windows, but I think it's moving a little slower than I'd like. They have a trial for fourteen days. So far though I would say when I have it on it hasn't really affected my computer. I use it on a pretty fast iMac though. It depends on what you want to do on it I think. I haven't really checked out to see how it works with Turking.

 

Do you use autohotkey? There is no mac version

When I lived in TX a friend told me about vanilla for sunburn and you get bad ones there. VAnilla worked the best of anything I ever tried. Takes the burn out and helps with the blistering.
