There was a really great movie that song was featured in. It was about astronaut or air force monkeys. At first it seems adorable, then you realize.. "fuck these humans." I wanna say one of the monkeys was named Goliath.

I wrote to that requester. Apparently I did fail an AC. HOWEVER, she still allowed me to take the entire survey so she could have her data and I still consider it a total scam. "Hello, It appears that you failed to respond correctly to a prominent attention check on one of the photos. The survey states clearly at the beginning that such an attention check may occur, and this is why your response was rejected. The vast majority of workers so far have passed the attention check and are being paid accordingly. Maya" Based on the TO, this has to be bullshit. Literally one review out of like 20 said that they got paid.
Yeah, I don't think I would describe the attention check as "prominent". I saw it but it didn't appear in the form or way I assumed it would and it made me wonder if I'd already missed one. Since I got the code I guess I didn't miss any ACs but I could see missing it due to the way it was presented.
I set a PandA to catch that 50 cent "Word game" HIT by Stanford Language and Cognition Lab and was excited when it caught it but now I can't get the HIT to load. Sad.
I doubt she'd be interested in data from surveys with failed attention checks considering that they're used as a weeding tool. But stranger things have happened, so I dunno.
