Has anyone done requesting lately? The fees either grew crazily or I got screwed. I got charged nearly $1 to post $1.96 worth of HITs.

Am I just wrong or do real hits usually always pay more than the qualifying ones. I mean it's great that Kevin increased his hit pay from .10 to .11 but he even says in his email the qual was .12. Isn't that backwards or am I not remembering correctly from past hits? Esp ocmp ones, those are all usually more right? no? Glad he split them up. Still has us inputting the same url though.
I think that their client wasn't wanting to put up the money and they had already put a lot of work into the project, so they gave a discounted price. That's a total guess, but that's what I'm thinking.
This is going to be a stupid question, like really stupid I'm sure. But I don't know the answer and you guys are smart about computers and stuff. So. Ok so years ago we had a Dell PC. I still have the monitor. It's a flat screen that has a nice swivel head and USBs and stuff. I dug it out of the garage thinking I would plug it into my laptop and see if it would work. Well, the cables attached to the monitor are all these big bulky things that I don't know the name of. They were what connected to the PC and I don't have those kinds of connections on my macbook pro of course. Is there a way I can use that somehow? I don't even know if I am asking that the right way. lol I mean is there a different type of cord that will work for me to use the monitor or will it not work cause its too old or something?
Did you post 196 penny HITs? The minimum charge per HIT is .005 or 10%-whichever is greater. The Amazon fees to post forty .05 HITs (.20) is less than posting two hundred .01 HITs (1.00). Penny HITs pay Amazon 50% instead of 10%. You don't "break even" on your fees until you hit a nickel. Reading back, I'm not 100% sure that makes sense to anyone else since I haven't had any coffee yet.
The cables you are referring to are probably VGA cables. Your Macbook Pro probably uses a DisplayPort cable. All you need is a DVI/VGA to DisplayPort adapter most likely. Just rough information for you.
