I typically find waiting a bit before the message helps my niceness. I am sure this is true of every one(except maybe Mills)
That's very nice of you I managed to cut out some extra verbage and stick to the short and sweet (and 1024 characters). That reminds me of a good resume tip I heard, though - when you write the first draft of your resume, look over it and imagine that someone was offering you $100 for every word you could bring yourself to remove. It's a good way to force yourself to just list the bare necessities, so to speak.

Another qual I can't figure out how to get. I did a bunch of the non-qual batch last week, and they all approved, but no sign of any qual, not even one that's too low to do the HITs. It's like they never even graded my HITs. Did you get your qual last week or did you get it some time ago? P.S. I did just look at some of the HITs, even though I can't do them, and the addresses I saw were UK. Plus, the requester is now showing as OCMP instead of TR, if that makes any difference.
Or imagine you're typing on a tablet with a stylus and not on a keyboard at 132 wpm. That's what gets me to type as few words as possible!!!
I got that TR qual and its for the AMERICAN ONES. So obviously they did something wrong there. I got the UK one for those 6 cent ones though! Didnt get it for the 15 cent one though. OCMP is showing up for both of those now. So this either confirms they are the same company or something. I should bug em to see what the freaking deal is.

I've had the US one for a while and I think they made a mistake classifying these as UK.
Paul Zima, On mTurk, we don't have the ability to see which surveys we have taken, and we take so many we can't remember each one. On mTurk, requesters have ways to screen out repeat survey takers. I hope you will reconsider this rejection since I took the survey in good faith and not to deceive you. Please also implement screening measures. It's better for you, and for turkers.
Well, now I'm totally confused. I've done so many qual HITs for these people, and I have some of their quals, but I never seem to have the right ones at the right time. Bleah. I'm too tired to deal with it now. Maybe I'll write to someone tomorrow to seek some clarification. Nighty-night, all.
