As cheesy as it sounds, I'm actually getting a particular song lyric/quote that I aboslutley love. I'm pretty big on animal rights (not extreme and I still eat meat,) but I wanted to get something that could relate to that. The quote is "My voice for the voiceless, My fists for the innocent" I want to get some kind of design that has a human hand turning into a paw or some kind of transitional image. Like I said, cheesy to most but important to me. I only have one other tattoo and it's pretty meaningful to me.

Not yet. The shop that did my half sleeve tattoo, and only tattoo, was awesome. Ended up becoming good friends with all of them. I may go back there since I like my pieces to mean something, I try to find someone with similar views. My phoenix tattoo was to symbolize a bad point in my life. I went through a point where I was really thinking of committing suicide (angsty!) The phoenix just reminds me that no matter how bad life gets, you can always find something beautiful. I went around to quite a lot of places to find someone who really understood. When all was said and done, I got a tattoo I was extremely happy with and an awesome price because the artist really wanted to do it ($300 for an 8.5 hr half sleeve!) Annnnd enough serious hatchy. Who wants their butt touched?!
Butt touching while getting inked...? The shop I go to has some pretty hot artists so the thought crosses my mind.... a lot.
