Can't tell because of seasoning build up, or no markings on the bottoms? Even if no markings, the bottom usually tells all when it comes to identifying them.

I have yet to master fried potatoes, that's in cast iron or other cookware. Some get nice and crispy, the rest, mush lol. Still edible but I want every thing crisp. You get bored toss a couple in one of these threads and I'll take a stab at identifying them for you. Just need a clear shot of the bottom, handle included.

I'll need to check..I've never even thought to check into it! I know I went straight to them when going through my grandparents belongings when they died...I knew what I wanted...really not even for the value...just that everything tastes so damn good! I let hubby have one to keep in his man cave to cook on his wood stove...(even more delicious!) LOL I have been looking for a cast iron dutch oven for awhile now...I can just taste the cobblers I want to make in one! :)

I'm the same way. I want everything slightly crispy...especially fried taters....lol

    Now I'm hungry.

I try to find stuff pre 60's and usually if anything says Made In USA it is 60's or newer. Every dutch oven I have came across they want way too much money for it. Ready to just buy a new lodge and forget about it.

I know exactly what you mean about not even for the value. Also, I agree taste much better, and no worries like you have with teflon and some other cookware.

If you hang out at math.stackexchange.com you will see that most people notate things properly using LaTeX commands to avoid said confusion, eg http://math.stackexchange.com/questions/1057519/how-to-solve-int-0-infty-frac-cosaxx31dx

Good Morning everyone. I woke up kinda late this morning and with how bad I am typing already it's going to be a long shift. Wishing every one a good money day! The weekend for me was really thin. Not too much meat left on the bones HIT wise, so I hope I can make my daily minimum +.
