I hate when this happens - I just spent 8 minutes or so on a survey, go to enter in the code and discover I never accepted the hit. Now, it's no longer there. Grrr
LOL I just did one where I accepted and went right to the survey, completed it and went back to enter the code and the page said I couldnt do any more hits from the requester because I have done to many for them in the past.
