Pretty much hasn't changed but also has but mostly on the sidelines. Like the newbie limits didn't used to be, the daily limit for regular folk didn't used to be. You used to only be able to cue up 25 hits but it was raised to 35 at some point. The captchas got harder, they invented masters, and they added the too many refreshes and worker account halts, at least I don't remember those at the begging. Most of those are of no benefit to workers though. Actual functionality for workers though, nope, that hasn't changed.
