you can export your HDB to an excel file just in case this ever happens again. I do it on the first of every month because the HDB will only show 45 days if I lose it, and this means I have all my info back to when I started. Just go to the drop down box that says 'pending approval' change it to 'All' - check the box that says 'export CSV' and then click 'Search. When it asks you to save the file make sure the file type is .csv It won't help you just now but it may help you in the future.
