If you stick to urban and nearer the coastline, sure, but go east and it drops dramatically. Plus, with hundreds of millions of dollars after the 25% federal tax, you have no problem with the cost-of-living. I don't know how anyone could blow all that money in a lifetime without being the most careless person on the planet.
More than likely, the more tickets you buy the better the odds. It wouldn't be more to them than investing in a risky stock. (I mean it would but the same concept applies)

I added the catcha counter script, but it just goes into the negative.. like it right now it shows -7 hits until captcha. Is there a way to reset or 'realign' the script with the captchas to be accurate?
