A belated quote, just catching up... The worst? No. Bottom 5 though. That was miserable. The best part was when my ISP completely crapped out on the last page (with a box for my ID and nothing else). I was on that page 5 seconds max, and my connection died at that moment. Had 5 minutes left on the timer and was frantically rebooting the modem. Took 2 tries and 4 minutes. Not being paid for that nightmare would have been...
