Hmm might be my fault she offered to pay me if I could provide a screen shot to prove I didn't see it but when she gave me the term it was there so maybe I did somehow miss it. I just revised my TO to fair and suggested she include the term in the rejection so we could check without bugging her. But yeah screen shot for .09 doesn't seem worth it.
