Oops - I idn't think of that. I never use those features but I thought I saw something that would work. I never felt the need to mute someone on here, so I was just trying to suggest something someone else might find useful.
everyone should just ignore when he posts anyways, he only keeps coming back because people respond to him.
And he wrote a script to create accounts for him, so it's not like it takes any real effort on his part. This is honestly a losing battle for the mods.
I'd make no money if I sat around wasting time creating tons of accounts on an internet forum that I've been banned from. life is too short for that shit. Well nevermind then.
I don't allow my girls to change screen names either. It's kind of sleazy. Especially if a guy is looking for you. We do have IP bans however. Not sure why this place doesn't have them. Maybe if the transcriptions get done it will.
He'd use a proxy server. There's literally nothing the mods can do. Edit: except maybe taking a visit to the Bay Area, lol.
Does anyone know how long AI usually takes to approve? Auto is 7 days but I doubt it takes that long. I submitted about 50 this morning.
I guess there has to be a balance between keeping a pest off a forum that's scaring others away vs. making registration hard enough that legitimate people just don't want to bother and give up trying to register. I don't know what the solution is here.
