I don't trust electronics and today's technology. I prefer the old fashioned way - the paper. I write it down word for word and file it away in my filing cabinet.
Looks like the Mondal one might be a repost. I did the very same title on 11/21/2014 for the same pay.
A word to the wise: Always keep a redundancy in place at a separate physical location in case of disaster. Of course a paper and/or carbon copy of the consent form and disclosure should be printed and collated, but I also send a facsimile via carrier pigeon to my friend a town over, and he sends his back to me for safe keeping as well.
I think he reuses the same title a lot, and they're usually all $5. I'm taking a chance because like B said the content seems newer. I did one of these last month and the tweets were different.
I just mail everything via usps to google so they can put it in the cloud for me. I haven't heard anything back so I guess they haven't had any problems yet.
