Hey there, After turking for about 5 months with no issues, using TurkMaster and HitScraper, any damn hit I try to submit comes back with an Invalid URL parameters error. This is on Chrome. I tried sumitting the hit in Firefox and it worked. My Chrome is updated, I checked for script updates for TM and HS. Anybody also having this issue with Chrome?
When you have both TM and Scraper running, it causes errors. I have that problem too. Just have to space them out with longer timers or run one in Firefox and the other in Chrome. Using incognito works too.
Thank you, I'll try putting hitscraper in Incognito and see what that does. They've been coinciding happily for all this time, I wonder why now...
the only site it will act on is mturk the only site it gets code from is code.jquery.com there are a few other sites listed in comments you may or may not need this running. I have it running because I use some old scripts that haven't gotten fixed. Amazon also seems to accept some mangled URLs it could be timeing conflict as Flora said it could be you can right click and reload the frame the hit will submit ok if it always happens on one type of hit clearing cookies for that domain or for MTurk and Amazon might help they send along extra data that accumulates over time you can do none of the above or all of the above and tomorrow there may be no problem again
