"There was a problem submitting your results for this HIT." Suck. It's happening to me in Chrome and FF. I was desperate enough to even try IE. Happening in all 3 browsers. Super lame. Everything else seems to be working totally fine (searching, previewing, accepting), but I can't submit.
Clear your cookies and cache. That is probably last resort. I haven't tried it on Firefox yet. I will be right back.

I think from now on, I am not going to do any survey that involves interactions with other turkers. Seems like at least half the time something goes wrong. A hit this past weekend that involved creating a proposal via chat never let me in -- wanted a password. The video chat earlier today failed to connect. This $5 game is a complete joke -- STILL sitting there approaching 2 hours and numerous emails exchanged with the requester. There isn't even a way to submit this one, no idea if I'll ever see a penny. And no, I haven't been staring at it for 2 hours; it sits in the corner of my monitor while I do other things. But it still took time to deal with the complex instructions and is still distracting me and slowing me down on other HITs. OK, rant complete. Resume what you were doing.
Saw this on Facebook and realized that this all applies to turkers, too. 12 STRUGGLES ONLY PEOPLE WHO WORK FROM HOME TRULY UNDERSTAND Despite the Playboy.com URL, the page appears completely SFW. No guarantees if you go clicking around, though. I particularly like the bit about the saddest happy hour, or the part where Facebook (or this forum) is my socializing.
