Yeah that's their loss. Those restrictions are bad enough but to add masters makes it less qualifying workers for this HIT.

Pretty silly to requires masters with such a limited potential base of survey takers in the first place.

God, those eyeapps have 32 (?!) possible categories to select for an image. 7 images for a whopping $0.15.

That price point is certainly the best joke in the entire set of their batch.

I'm tired of underpaid HITs that ask us to donate a all or part of bonus to a charity. I wrote in the comments box of the last one: This HIT is underpaid for the time it takes. You might find that turkers would be more willing to donate part of their bonus if you paid fair wages.

Pretty impressive though only averaging about 10 returns a day. This week royally sucked for me couldn't find anything to work on. Plus was really busy with work.

    Edit: brain fart moment

It was rough from the start of the week for me, I had to take off the week before due to my carpal symptoms coming back. Wrist has been feeling a lot better since using the sleeping brace and wraps, thankfully. Outside of my quals, it seemed utterly terrible the past 2 days though, definitely. Though, to be honest, the amount of work since December-May has been a lot higher than I recall for previous times, so much consistent money/work.

Yeah just in general last week was really bad for me. None of my qualed hits were posting and I just needed to take a break. I've been doing fairly good recently but last week and this week I just dialed it in. Bit of join pains in my hand and a bit of mental fatigue just took me out of it.

Still do need to get my first 1k week. Hopefully something good post this week and I can pull it off.

A break is always good, in my opinion. MTurk is one of those things where you can work a lot harder than you realize and burn out, so lately I've been dialing it back on weekends so I'm not up all night or waking up at 5am. Hopefully you can hit that 1k mark too! I'm in constant contact with one of my quals and if they ever need anyone, you and heyscott are my recommendations.

Any studies that are posted here, I usually do if they're around the pay range of 5 minutes for $1, or 10m for $2, etc. I dislike working for the 'accepted' 10c per minute, since I feel that is just an insult. Batches if they're safe, and the rest is closed quals I've picked up over the years. Always look out for quals and automate anything you can without impacting quality, that's how you do MTurk right.
