Yeah I have no idea why it is set up like that. As far as I'm aware you cannot be accepted and not paid it is impossible. Also Amazon has the money to pay immediately since all hits now are prefunded.
never doing hit for this requestor again. i went pretty fast through these things and only got 3 wrong after doing like 50 of them.. then BAM "HIT EXPIRED" right in the middle, cant find an e-mail address for requestor and the HIT is just gone.. what a waste of time considering i got 47 out of 50 "audibles" correct.
Sounds like something went wrong. I spent ~8 minutes answering a single question about different sound clips. Unlike most other HITs it told me at the end what bonus I had earned.
Free to play guys. Contest ends in 3 hours. Question is: If earth had no moon, what would we call "Monday"? Thanks, Andy
From HIT: "Each hit will be done by TWO workers. Your payment will be contingent on matching the other worker on each hit." On top of that, it is way underpaid in my opinion.
Sorry you weren't able to finish. Since you could only listen to each clip once I thought my completion time of ~10 minutes was probably average so didn't think the timer would expire on anyone as long as they did it right away, even though it was short. I sent you a PM with a link to the Requester/HIT ID but am not 100% sure it will work across accounts. I hope so, though, because that way you could try to contact them.
i read some reviews on the page that said if it took a lot longer then 10 minutes its because the more you get right the longer you go into the "bonus" portion.. but why wouldn't they set the timer to 60 minutes if they know they're possibly going to send you into a bonus portion.. basically they got well above and beyond .45cents worth of data and didn't even have to pay for it.. oh well.. learned my lesson about requester lol. Thanks for information though
I speak two languages and until this post it had never occurred to me that Monday/Lunes was named after the moon. I feel kind of stupid now; it seems obvious.
I got a lot wrong, too, and I also got the bonus ($1.25). Also, I went as fast as I could and it probably took me 13 minutes (I checked once and I was at 11 minutes something), so I was sweating that 15 minute timer. A really annoying HIT, but worth it for $1.70 for 13 (m/l) minutes.
I looked at one of those . . . found company easily enough but it was listed on 2 exchanges (OTC and Tokyo). Returned - especially since my answer would need to match
