Political debates make me laugh. Especially when I'm on the outside of them. It makes me glad I lean in both directions, and hate both parties.
The good thing about the soreness is once you warm up it subsides quickly. All that blow flowing into the tissue helps. That's why massages are so godly. I mean getting rubbed down feels great, but the extended relief comes from promoting blood flow into the region. I should do stretches on my off days, but at this point I live with entire body soreness almost all the time, it's kind of an addicting feeling after awhile. Only some extreme cases, like currently my Triceps, actually impeded my ability to do my sets. Last week w as brutal though, my Thursday was ******* awful, I couldn't even finish my sets of prior weeks weights, felt so ******* mad about it. Thursday though, best workout I've had yet. Was able to push 185 in 3x10s. I'm really ******* happy about that as I was only moving 185 in a 5x5 about a month and some change ago.
