Wow. The feedback on those paraphrase hits is...detailed. I still find them confusing, though. Not sure I want to risk getting rejected on something I'm not sure I understand.
Off topic here but have any of you ever played second life? I really enjoyed the Sims but our desktop crashed and I can't play it on the laptop. Just wondering if Second life is any fun and if it would work on a laptop. I realize it has been around forever but I have never heard of it before.
Good morning, luminaries! It's Apple Event day, which practically feels like Christmas to me. Gonna be hard to turk.

Yeah, I was heavily involved in Second Life for about 5 years. Mostly on the creator side, but I did a lot of socializing (and way too much damn shopping). I started back in um...2005, quit in about 2010, but I still dip in and out and run a shop on their marketplace. Been thinking about setting up another store in-world, but I'm still checking to see if it's worth it. A lot of regulars have left. Edit: Oh, spec wise it's a freaking beast. Mostly because everything is built in real-time by players. So even if there are only 20,000 people online or whatever, if even a fraction of them are building/scripting/etc., it's going to be slow as molasses on a machine that isn't pretty decked out.
Susan Kegeles Information Processing Survey $1.00 8 mins taking my time and super distracted, could be done much quicker Did anyone do this one? It asked for my ID at the end, but I didn't see a space to enter it at the end. Just gave me code. I hope I didn't mess that one up.
