Has happened to me a couple of times - there are some requesters who use a soft block to keep people from taking similar/same surveys again. They lift it after they are done and it doesn't affect us negatively. But it still bums me out every time I see it.
if these are the batch hits, theres a cpl of reason they do this. 1. they didnt like the quality of work :/ or 2. it was an accident which does happen.
