glad I can help its not even so much about not trusting amazon or anything.. but they do get busy and it is hard to keep up with e-mailing... this way i stay proactive and have proof.. i highly suggest this for people who focus on surveys since they are more likely to easily hand out blocks.. they do not want people repeating surveys but do not realize the damage a hard block does.. i rarely do surveys but now its just a habit for me to check weekly
Wow, I leave to drop off the oldest and suddenly life sucks for some in the thread. It's gonna be one of those days again, hmm...

You know how some people like to point other peoples faults like say always looking for an argument and must be the center of attention all the time... Well I'm not one of those people
I'm no attorney so i'm basically talking out of my ass as I am not aware of the specifics of any law, but it would seem reasonable that any information that is publicly available over the internet is, well, public. No harm done in moving the info from one public place to another.
lol ya but someone was almost insighting a riot yesterday lol phone numbers, address ect telling everyone to call and mail bomb them. that has to against amazons rules somewhere. not sure who did that but might cause issues.

You're right and wrong at the same time: like so many legal matters, it is very deeply situational. If you posted someone's personal information (regardless of how publicly available it is) on a thread where people were already talking about finding and hurting or threatening to hurt the person, you could potentially be exposed, but in most other cases it would be a non-issue.
how would amazon know his info was posted unless a worker or he reported it? if he reported it then how'd he know it was posted on here

i am thinking the same thing.. posting info has to be a TOS somewhere, even if it is already public and this is a public forum.. plus this is the second time (that I know of) that a requesters info has been posted so maybe amazon is taking measures.. who knows.. i say to each his own.. if people want to call or mail bomb him over a block or mass rejections go for it.. i am just gonna contact the requester or amazon and continue doing hits and wait for the reply
