    As I recall it, Gaddy was paying no more than a penny a word, so I still don't understand how anybody could make that kind of money off them. Not and submit anything remotely decent.

    Not that anybody paying that little deserves decent writing.

    But the point is, you had to have "cut corners" to get anything close to decent money doing them. Which is why I never touched the damned things.

    I've been on MTurk since 2008. Have I made anywhere near that amount? No, but I know it's possible.

    Also, for those wondering about Falk qualifications, he had a qualification batch up the other day. That's where I got my qual (having had requested it with no response at all from him through MTurk's system). I don't know how often he puts a qualification batch up, but from my personal experience keeping your eye out for one is a good idea.

    what was the old pay rate? I'm still going to tackle these since they are so easy hope there isn't a limit but I am sure there is

    Actually these are slightly easier than the other ones they usually post. This one you have to listen to just one file. Seems fair. I think I can do these at an $8-9 hour rate.

    I just got this email about the HCTEST hit that I completed. It was the one for .02 and it was spotting five differences in things.
