is canada's liqour like i guess province owned? in Oregon all liqour is state owned and distributed by state owned liqour stores and only avialble during certain hours and days, so they set the prices about DBL that of the price here in Cali.
healthcare there must be funded by the tax on liquor. i was in ontario. the tax varies from province to province. quebec is a lot like california price-wise.

BTW GOOD NEWS i contacted mturk about turking in other countries as long as your account was made in the usa it appears as a USA qual but if requesters qualify by IP address you need to double check with them if it's okay that if you do their hits while traveling
