This is my problem since there is no real option for it. There should be a fourth option that says "the image contains part of the description" or something because it doesn't fall under the second category, right?

Just go with ONLY thing, I have yet to see silverware in the description, and a fork isn't really "part of a meal", it's what you use to consume the meal. Im at about 140 and counting while multi-tasking on other things, I'll get to $25 or $30 and call it a night on these because I've got a paper due at 9 am to finish. MTurk may be the bane of my existence when it comes to getting schoolwork done, it's the ultimate procrastination task.
I've been marking NOT on those ones just because the instructions say if it's vague or unclear, to choose NOT.
