Good morning, all. I see that it's just as dead today as it was yesterday, blah. I didn't even work at all yesterday - didn't feel like combing through 500+ HITs I'd already done. I expect that it'll be pretty much like this until Tuesday morning due to the holiday and all. Hopefully it'll pick up. I'm "off" at 6:30 no matter what, though. Gotta see my boys smack the Pats into oblivion. (No offense to Pats fans, heh.)

Whoa! (faint) (About 10 minutes, by the way.)
Most batches probably have already been posted. Your best luck finding batches will be using the HIT search function to it's full ability. You want to search for HITs paying at least $0.01 (or whatever you prefer, up to $0.10, but the higher you go, the higher the chance you miss something good) and check the "For which you are qualified" box. Then, when you see all the results, filter them by "HITs available, most first." Scroll through and see if there's anything worth working on. Unfortunately, the ones which are constantly up (CS, Arabic, etc.) will be mixed in with the rest of the results. The other option would be to filter HITs by "HIT Creation Date - Newest First" but this has the downside of not showing only batches. I'm sure that there's a way to combine the filters, but I don't know how. I think it has something to do with the URL. Maybe someone else would be better at figuring that out. Yay for essay posts! I really need to find something to work on.
(possibly) last day for half off papa johns you guys. I just ordered mine since it just hit 11. Has been saying that it lasts the weekend so I don't know if that means monday or not. Anyway here you go: NFL50 Use that at check out. Best coupon out right now imo. HALF FREAKIN OFF
There's another one 50% off regular priced pizza ONLINE at PapaJohns using code PAPA50 good until 1/23/2013.
Morning. Still playing catch up. Not sure if this has been posted yet. Since I have been around (Nov) these guys have been posting a restaurant locator. This HIT is testing a different system and for anyone who was at their 40 max, these do not seem to apply. I was able to accept one with no warning message. Title: Test an automated booking service (it takes 2 minutes on average) Requester: Dialogue Systems [A1G19FR6J7V23R] (TO) Description: Rate a speech enabled booking system. I'd like to add that you'll want to install some scripts to make the searching easier. There's already a thread on this forum about scripts so I won't get into too much detail, but arguably one of the most useful is a requester blocking script so that you can get Classify Arabic Dialects and other HITs you consider useless out of your search results.
I have to thank you for this one (albeit late) - your tip of a free pizza a couple of weeks ago combined with the NFL50 code - I ended up getting 2 large mega-topping pizzas for a measly 5.50. I am a pizza lovin' fool.
Does anyone know what happend to this one: Review a short transcript (< 10 sec) View a HIT in this group Requester: SpeakerText HIT Expiration Date: Feb 6, 2013 (2 weeks 3 days) Time Allotted: 5 minutes Reward: $0.01 HITs Available: 1 Description: An audio clip will be presented, along with a transcription segment. Determine if the transcript is acceptable. Where did they go?It's like poof, gone.
True, but that's leaves blank pages sometimes. Sasquatch made this script to block individual HITs, which is better than blocking a requester, because CF or CS post some really good HITs from time to time. I think the HIT DB script does the same thing. Thanks for reminding me though... I need to re-write my scripts thread. Some of those have gone obsolete.
