Technically the Mason Dixon line is around Baltimore so anything south of that is considered the South. The only reason I know that is because my son was born in Bethesda and he loves to tell people he's from the South, LOL. I made him prove it to me and he did :D

But, why are you cold? I had to turn the AC on this afternoon because it got so muggy. I haven't been out since then. Did it get cold out and I'm wasting my money? :D

I continuously hear this "fact" everyday. Whenever I am walking around I can see a big difference from the faux south that Marylanders live in--and I do love them--and the real south that I come from.

The south sucks in the summer. I walked outside earlier and it felt like my lungs were sweating. Humidity is utterly ridiculous.

I feel you brother, I'm right here with you. The weather is getting ready to really blow in about a month.

I donno...my main theory is that I got sleepy and therefore cold. But I've been up late every day this week, and this hasn't happened yet :/

I'm speaking more of the culture here. Though Frederick only gets 100 at max with humidity of 70%. Nothing like Georgia's 115 90+% Humidity. I like to tell people that I am part lizard when they're all sweating when it is 75 degrees outside.

I'm glad I live in such a moderate part of the country.

If any of you are still soft-blocked by The Wharton School, send them an email. I did this last week and they removed the block.

That's what I thought, until it started hitting 90+ with just one window unit AC in the house.

Do you check your mail in Delaware on time or is it delayed because of the snow, because you've had mail at the top for two hours. ;)

We have no AC, just fans. So I'm glad there's usually a week over 90 degrees, tops.
