The only thing I might be doing wrong is letting slide a video that they might consider too blurry. Other than that I don't see what else I could be doing wrong
Only school logos should be a problem and I make sure I look for that They also got back to me just now on a feedback question I submitted so at least they are responsive
Well that and the blurriness thing are hard because they're subjective. They say that as long as you can't visibly make out the logo it's OK, but that's a fine line. How blurry can they be before they aren't acceptable? The examples are pretty bad but in the hits there are some that are only a little blurry and you can make out the faces just fine.

Ahh!! accidentally submitted the wrong hit (had multiple windows open, this was a hit that I was screened out of and couldn't complete) Is there anyway I can undo it or have it erased without getting a rejection?

I did that learning agility qual last week and never heard back. I guess I didn't get it. The hit approved, though.

It's sporadic, I don't think there is a set schedule. Though the photos have a tendency to post in the middle of the night.
