I'm curious about the setup as well. I'm thinking that this is a service that the teams can buy but I really have no way of knowing. Just a feeling. If thats the case then we won't see audio from all the teams, just the ones that want the service <?> And no they don't have to stop for a caution unless its a competition caution. I haven't watched it in years and never heard of a competition caution when I did watch but I think that one is mandatory.
