I suppose I meant bring liquid with alcohol in it, but then I just realized the kids these days have those alcohol vapor bars and who knows what else. Then TurkingPigeon taught me the kids are getting drunk by sticking booze in holes other than the mouth. It's just too much to think about.
I hate fried eggs. When I lived in Spain the family I lived with would make two fried eggs for every day for breakfast. I wasn't wild about them before I went, but after 6 months? Forget about. Even the smell of one turns my stomach 20+ years later.
Yeah he told me similar stuff about my pain pills when I was recovering and I was not in need that bad.
In case anyone missed the recent news, Amazon is allowing some international requesters back from a few English speaking countries: https://blog.mturk.com/weve-made-it...rs-to-use-amazon-mechanical-turk-ab2ae649c555
I don't even remember who the international requesters were that we had in the past for batches. Anyone remember any names?
Quick dilemma... a survey I just completed didn't generate a survey code and I'm unable to submit the HIT... is there a protocol that I should be aware of for instances like this? :/
Basically you should submit the HIT using your Amazon ID instead, then send them a message letting them know. Usually it isn't a problem. In case you don't know, you can send a message by going to your list of HITs you've completed today, and click the link with the requester name.
Contact the Requester and explain what happened. I sometimes will include my ID in the message to them. Worst case is they don't respond and you loose the HIT. Hopefully it wasn't a high value one. EDIT: I should have read the next page before i wrote that. Doah! Speaking of Doah did anyone see this? http://www.ew.com/article/2016/09/22/simpsons-fxx-600-episodes-marathon All 600 Simpsons episodes will be broadcast in a marathon.
When you message a requester through Mturk you don't need to include your ID because it's included in the info they get from you.
Techlife IT from Australia. Masters hits. Categorizing satellite installation pictures and recording decoder box ID's. They paid pretty well and were kind of semi-secret until someone mentioned them on the forum and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-you-know-who lost his shit. There were others, too, but not as regular. Being a west coaster I'd sometimes catch Australian requesters in the evening here since it was the start of their business day.
You guys are killing me with this egg hate. They're a staple of my diet. In college, my final presentation in my Public Speaking class was about cooking eggs.
