I know what you mean. I wouldn't mind if I did not have to get up early during the week. Have no idea why I am up now - during the week, I struggle to get up at 7 am - now I cannot get back to sleep

I work third shift during the week, so on the weekends, I try to sleep at night so that I can hang out with the family. But it never works, or I sleep for a couple hours and then I'm up.

Funny that you have no problem getting up early on the weekends but struggle during the week. Our bodies are assholes, lol.

 

Actually, I had no desire to get up early today. I try to sleep in until about 10 am. I have no idea why I woke up so early. Chances are, I will just take a nap this afternoon . . . which will make it hard to fall asleep tonight and hard to get up tomorrow . . . the cycle is already starting

 

I did it before, took around 25 minutes and approved a few hours later
