If a seller knows you can go elsewhere and get a similar deal, he's going most likely not going to want to lose a sell over a few bucks, especially if he has multiple of the product. Quick question about that overstock for you, and how the Cyber Monday works if you would happen to know. I see their deals, but can't find the particular products I'm wanting under their deals. Do they usually lower the price on all products on Cyber Monday, or particular ones?

That's a very good point! I actually decided to take the $325, because he lost that much on a previous product and I hate bartering (he paid >$600 for this phone o_o). If overstock is anything like other companies, they'll have a sale on Cyber Monday for 24 hours, most likely on certain items. I'm honestly not sure, I just googled "overstock cyber monday" to find that site sorry
