P9r is pretty rejecty. I hear that they will overturn but that it's a lengthy process. I haven't had any experience with them though.
As for the other, no TO requesters are iffy. She does have TO now, but it's all the same situation you're in now. You can give her this link on how to overturn, if you get her that far.

 

My first 18 rejections were from p9r. I'd just avoid that requester imo. I've heard they are reasonable about reversing rejections but they'll probably just reject again later.

 

Now I understand why you think it's boring.

That's honestly the best way to do it.

 

p9r will reverse rejections if you write them. Just be polite about it. In saying that, I stopped doing p9r long ago because they are reject happy, and I got tired of having to write them to get it reversed.

 

Agreed on p9r being very good at reversing rejections. Not that it really matters since their hits are doo doo.
