Does anybody know what the cutoff is on the youtube hits today? I thought they cut off at 40, but I'm still going?

I'd never looked at this hit before. Everytime I saw it I thought it must be something like describing, scene by scene, a video of a meerkat colony.
What are you doing if the title of the youtube hit is in a different language but the title and everything else is english? are you marking invalid or don't know?
