In the interview he sounded like he knew what he was doing programming wise... he knows where to cut out the time and it gives an actual per user average of completion on hits "once done" but has no idea how people really turk, doesn't understand the real Scraper, but someone is backing him high dollar so I hope they work out the glitches! Time is money! Even more expensive to a turker ;-)
Oh, just looked at it. Interesting because you tell it what qualifications you have so you don't have to be logged in to only see hits you are qualified for. ... mentally noting to remember to put that on my list of features I want in the big-fat all-inclusive mturk script I'll create one day, maybe, if I ever get around to figuring out how to do everything in JS and there's ever lots of days that I don't need to actually work for money all day long. It would be nice to auto-grab all qualifications out of mturk instead of having to type them in though.
Well, I submitted 302 hits for just over $20 pending today. Not too bad for not having turked in over a year I'm gonna call it a day.
It's definitely a beta, just an interesting HIT and I don't get many. Was curious if you guys had any feedback on it, been in the back of my head.
