I know LOTS of people that don't Facebook. There are days when I wonder why I do, but then up pops an adorable picture of my grandson, and I remember why.
I agree. I would not hard block just for submitting. I could see somebody accidentally hitting submit rather than return (giving the benefit of the doubt here). The fact that they typed that they were the specific worker is what gets me (plus their stupidity in saying that they were the person when ID shows up with submission).
But for real, you all are amazing. It's so surreal that people I've never met (and may never meet IRL) are so willing to help out.
