Acme Data Collection is the requester name. No quals needed for the ones they posted earlier. Whenever they post they are only up for about 60 seconds before they run out and everyone accepts them. Usually $4-$5 for 10 mins of recording your voice.
PandA is when you modify the url of a HIT so that it automatically accepts it. If you click on a hit and it is gone, you can use the PandA link and a url refresher to try and catch it if someone returns the hit or the requester posts more of the same hit. https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview?groupId=354DQCRRHI08Harhgbhgf2E3G8LENGSLY would become https://www.mturk.com/mturk/previewandaccept?groupId=354DQCRRHI08Harhgbhgf2E3G8LENGSLY ^ that would automatically accept a HIT ("preview" becomes "previewandaccept"). Download Auto Refresh Plus for Chrome, set it to reload every couple seconds for a PandA url and you might catch a hit if it pops back up.

For example, Crowd Task's big batch now has a link: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview?groupId=3NVVDJT9G6NCC7MWGLSHAEOPTVXPXZ If you change the URL from "preview?" to "previewandaccept?" (codename "panda"), you have a link that automatically accepts a HIT from that group. If you use an automatic refresh (choose your flavor) on that new link, you can get one or many of them in your queue. (Like I said, I is slow.)

Some people hate them, some love them. I seem to be one of the few who loves them. Rarely over 5 minutes for me to finish one, but I have been doing them since they started so most of that speed is just familiarity with all of the websites and repetition.
Why not MSIs? Unless you get them done faster than me. I can get MSIs in $8-12/hr depending on how fast but can only manage $5-6 on Crowd Tasks
