Definitely. Seems like there are people trying to get in, and those already in are being told there aren't enough people... I did get a response to my message though with a code to use to submit, so I get my dollar for waiting. Would have preferred a chance at some bonus though. Oh well, multiple person HITs are always a bit risky...
