I discovered these last night. It's kinda ironic that it's an Amazon requester and they violate their own TOS by having you install an app. But I have no qualms. "Nope. That's never true." I am not trying to get rich turking. I think $4.00/hour is crap pay. For me making $4.00/hour will keep me and my family fed cause it is only a small supplement but makes a huge difference every week. So different strokes for different folks.

If Turking was my main source of income, $4/hour would be absolutely unacceptable, no doubt. But this is supplement money, and sometimes play money when the stars align. So I'm okay with $4/hour if there's nothing else going on.
Hey, 4.00 is way better than 0 per hour. Especially if you live in a very economically depressed area and you have to feed your family. Not everyone can or even needs 100.00 days. Dang, people......support each other-we're all in this suckage together.
i think the point is, is that with that mindset of working for whatever you can when there's not much better out there at the moment, you guys are empowering those offering the low pay. eventually, it will be less "i'll just do this in the meantime, even though it's low, while i wait for better stuff" to "this is all there is now because they've found that we will do it anyway, even though we aren't satisfied."
