Felt the same way doing logos when things would say "organic" but didn't have the symbol. Tricky Tricky food peoples.
Unless it's synthesized, it's all natural. So if you extract coloring from beetle exoskeletons (carmine anyone?), that's all natural!
That's what I've been doing. I just had mushrooms and the package said "Mini Bella Mushrooms" so that's what I put. I've also had distilled water and a cheese spread with no ingredients so I wrote "Cheddar Cheese."
