    She responded to me too. I sent the following reply:

    Hi Eugenia,

    I'll happily complete the survey with the link you attached. I just want to make sure that the original submission will not be rejected since rejections negatively impact a worker's account with Amazon. Since the issue was a technical glitch with the third party survey host, I would hope that that wouldn't be the case here. Alternatively, if you would rather create an unpaid correctly formatted survey and have workers complete that for free (unpaid), that is an option also so that you do not need to reject anyone's submission and you also do not need to pay for a duplicate entry. Please let me know before I complete the second survey.
